Recently,ZhongdingInternationalonceagainknockedopenthedooranewcountry’smarketintheformof“zerocost”foreign-aidproject.Throughbiddingprocess,theMinistryofCommerceofthePeople’sRepublicofChinaawardedZhongdingInternationalthegeneralcontractoroftheComorosPeople’sPalaceRenovationProject.OfficialDocumentoftheAgencyforInternationalEconomicCooperation,MinistryofCommerceofthePeople’sRepublicofChinaS.H.C.Z.S.F[2019]No.176LetterofAcceptancefortheTaskofGeneralContractingof theChina-aidedComorosPeople’sPalanceRenovationProject ZhongdingInternational,Throughbiddingprocess,theministryofcommerceisherebydeterminedto,conferyouasthegeneralcontractoroftheChina-aidedComorosPeople’sPalaceRenovationProject(hereinafterreferredtoasthe“project”),andtherelevantspecificaffairsareherebynotifiedasfollows:

      Recently,Zhongding International once again knocked open the door a new country’s market in the form of “zero cost” foreign -aid project. Through bidding process, the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China awarded Zhongding International the general contractor of the Comoros People’s Palace Renovation Project.
