◆Energy mineral investment---Zhongding International is the first domestic enterprise that invests overseas in coal mine. Since 2003, we have successfully set up overseas energy & mineral resource projects such as Malaysia ABOK Coal Mine, Indonesia Pengkulu Coal Mine and Sulawesi Laterite-Nickel Ore, integrating investment, design, construction and operation. Zhongding Pengkulu Coal Mine is the world’s first underground coal mine successfully set up in Indonesia, and Pengkulu Coal Mine II has been fully mechanized. The Zhongding International Indonesia Investment Co., was newly founded in 2011, with the purpose of further promoting the investment and development strategy of overseas energy and mineral resources.

◆Real estate development--- granted with the Grade II Qualification for real estate development, taking Zhongding Real Estate and Jiangding Properties as its subsidiary/branch company, the company has successively developed and constructed Middle & High Grade Residential Districts such as Guangfeng, Jingtai.Xinghu Lake, Zhongding.Jingtai Garden, Chaoyangmei Garden, Zhongding.Long Garden etc.. Besides, we also actively undertake social responsibility and participate in the construction of multiple security housing, economically affordable housing and low-rent housing for subsidence management of mining area like Pingxiang Yangguang District and Anyuan New Village etc.. By the end of 2015, we signed a investment package of real estate project of 2billlion RMB Yuan, actively explored the industrial park project, initiated the development and construction of Zhongding e-commerce logistics garden. The overseas Phnom Penh Apartment Project in Cambodia also officially launched in the beginning of 2016.
