Pan Xianlin Led a Team to Nepal and Thailand for Investigation and Research

From March 12 to 19, Pan Xianlin, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and general manager of the company, led a team to Nepal and Thailand for investigation and research. The person in charge of the company's financial center and reform planning department attended.

Visit and Communication

On the morning of March 13, Pan Xianlin and his delegation visited Chen Song, Ambassador of the Chinese Embassy in Nepal and Xie Yu, Counsellor of the Economic and Commercial Department. Ambassador Chen Song fully affirmed Zhongding International's market expansion in Nepal, and hoped that Zhongding International would continue to give full play to its advantages and participate in Nepal's infrastructure construction in a wider range and scope. The Embassy in Nepal will continue to support the development of Zhongding International in Nepal. Pan Xianlin thanked the embassy for its strong support and briefly introduced the relevant projects and future development plans of the company in Nepal.

In the afternoon of the same day, Pan Xianlin and his delegation visited Nepal's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Infrastructure and Transport, Raghubir Mahaset. Pan Xianlin first congratulated Mahaset on his new appointment, briefly introduced the company's development and project construction in Nepal, and had friendly exchanges on deepening cooperation. Vice Premier Mahaset stated that Nepal is rich in resources and has enormous market potential. He hopes that Zhongding International can seize the opportunity, actively participate in infrastructure construction, and strive for greater development in Nepal.

Subsequently, Pan Xianlin and his delegation visited Shakti Bahadur Basnet, Minister of Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation of Nepal, and Mr. Bhatta, Minister of Urban Development and Planning of Nepal.

During their stay in Nepal and Thailand, Pan Xianlin and his delegation also visited Nepal Xiangma Construction Company, Lama Construction Company, Thailand's leading construction enterprise PLE Group, China Railway 10th Bureau Asia Pacific Company and other units to discuss related project cooperation matters.

Visit Projects

The Nepal "Nobesh Menglin" section (second and third sections) road renovation and upgrading project, undertaken by Zhongding International, is 84 kilometers long and is a World Bank loan project. It is the east-west transportation artery connecting Nepal to India and is known as the "lifeline" of material transportation, which is of great significance to the economic and social development of Nepal. On March 14, Pan Xianlin and his team drove deep into the project site, inspecting the construction progress along the route, listening to the construction organization design plan, and communicating with front-line employees. He stated that the project is of great significance and the Nepalese government attaches great importance to it. He hoped that the project management team can further enhance their understanding, overcome problems such as long project lines, high traffic volume, and difficult construction, prepare sufficient materials before the rainy season, carefully organize and scientifically construct, accelerate project construction while ensuring safety and quality, ensure timely completion of the project, and further enhance the company's competitiveness and reputation in the Nepalese market.

On March 17, Pan Xianlin and his team inspected the company's ongoing Phuket villa project and Phuket Royal University student apartment project in Thailand. At the project site, Pan Xianlin pointed out that it is necessary to always establish a strong awareness of excellence, strictly control each process, ensure safety and quality, strive for early completion and acceptance, achieve perfect performance, and win the trust of the owner.

During their stay in Nepal and Thailand, Pan Xianlin and his team visited and comforted front-line employees, had friendly exchanges and discussions with them, expressed gratitude for their long-term commitment overseas, affirmed their achievements, and encouraged everyone to strengthen their confidence in development, increase market expansion, focus on project construction and safety production, prevent business risks, and contribute more to the company's overseas business. At the same time, he stated that the company will adhere to the "overseas priority" strategy and serve overseas employees with care and dedication.
