Renewal of Grade I Qualification for Real Estate of Zhongding International Successfully Approved

    On Aug. 26, the official website of the Ministry of Housing & Urban-Rural Development issued an announcement on the List of Approved Grade I Qualification for Real Estate Development Enterprises, and Zhongding International passed the expert review smoothly, thus successfully extending the national Grade I qualification for real estate development.

    Grade I Qualification for Real Estate Development is the highest level of qualification in the real estate industry at present, whose application for renewal shall be subject to strict review and evaluation. In recent three years, facing the severe situation of market downturn, the company still maintained the development scale requirements of the first-class qualification, and successfully passed the expert review, which is not an easy job.
